The 2026 California primary is still almost 15 months away, but the race is getting increasingly crowded. One candidate yet to declare, however, is former Vice President Kamala Harris, who has given herself a late summer deadline to decide on whether or not to run. That timeline starting to make some declared candidates antsy.
